Bob Cross is an experienced association manager and website
developer. He is the past Director of Design with the National
Museums Corporation of Canada, an accomplished writer and past
editor of Engineering Careers in Canada, Canadian Consumer and
the Journal of Food Science. A graduate in Science from
the Royal Military College of Canada, his post-university
education has included MBA courses at the University of Ottawa
and technical courses at Algonquin College. He has over 20
years of experience in national associations at the executive
level and is bilingual. He acts as Executive Director for
several national organizations and manages their day-to-day
operations.

Meghan
Howard is a
professional writer and editor with almost 15 years of experience
in journalism and public relations. She is the editor of
Veritas magazine, the bilingual alumni magazine of the Royal
Military College of Canada. Meghan is experienced in website layout and
writing and she is the
Assistant Executive Director for one of our large association
clients. She is past
editor of Nepean This Week, and has worked for newspapers
across the Ottawa Valley. She has a Bachelor of Journalism Honours degree from
Carleton University where she was the recipient of a four-year Ottawa Citizen Scholarship. To read her column,

Bonnie
James
has over 16 years
experience
in accounting, coordinating and
managing associations, societies and foundations. She currently
acts as
the
Executive Director for two
client associations managed by Megram. Bonnie has completed a career development program
in technology skills and enrolled in the third year of the Certified
General Accounting program. Additionally, she is a graduate from
Algonquin College diploma program in Advanced Interior Design. She
directly supervises the work of three staff members.

Connie
Roffey's
strong background in banking and real-estate is an invaluable
resource to her job as the Canadian National Fieldwork Placement
Services Coordinator for Occupational Therapy Canadian and
International. She also assists Bonnie in recording donations to
the Canadian Engineering Memorial Foundation including the
issuance of tax receipts and Letters of Trust. She also does the
bookkeeping for two associations.

Julie
MacDougall
is a
professional
Administrative Assistant, bringing over 13 years administrative experience to our organization. In
the position of Association Manager, Julie
provides administrative support to a number of associations with her knowledge as a Microsoft Office
Specialist as well as her strong organizational and
communication skills. Julie has worked as a freelance
administrative assistant, as well as with a large international
construction company in Ottawa and two Ottawa printing
companies. Her previous background in the printing industry is a
valuable resource for proofreading, layout and design concepts.

Jill White
joined Megram in 2007. Her responsibilities include
maintaining current websites, designing and building websites
for new clients, as well as assisting in the layout of some of
our client publications. Her knowledge and ability to work with several
design and publishing programs is a great asset to our company.
Her experience in ad building and layout as well as her constant
communication with other designers helps her to bring new
and fresh ideas to our
work.

Amanda Dupuis
joined Megram at the beginning of April after spending one year
as a reporter at a weekly community newspaper in western Quebec
where she won two QCNA awards for her writing skills. She obtained
her journalism diploma from Algonquin College in Ottawa. Amanda
assists Meghan with editorial work and communications projects
and also acts as an administrative assistant for one of the
associations we manage.

Kaitlin Ciphery
joined Megram in May 2008 for the summer to be followed by
part-time
work until she graduates in Advertising from Algonquin College
in April 2009. She will be responsible to Meghan for advertising
sales and layout for our clients with websites and publications
and she will assist Bonnie in managing an association client.

Richard Eady
is our part-time programmer and helps Graeme maintain our four
off-site servers. He is an expert in Access
databases, e-commerce programming and various other back-end
custom code work that our clients require.

Graeme Cross
is a qualified IT technologist who works part-time keeping our
computers, equipment and servers running smoothly. In addition,
he also has a Diploma in
Advertising from Loyalist College where he majored in graphic design,
illustration and photographic rendering.

Ian
Howard
is a professional photographer and graphic designer for magazines and sales
catalogues and is
known for his expertise
in Photoshop. He is responsible
for the design and layout of publications on a part-time basis,
including Veritas Magazine. He has a Diploma in Photojournalism from Loyalist
College and a BA in Mass Communication from Carleton University.
